The ripple effect of living with #spinalinjury !
My arms and legs change in colour, dexterity, numbness, weird sensations, and chronic pain. This is picture was taken in at with the ambient temperature of 10 degrees and i was wearing gloves which had little effect!!!
Major nerve injury can trigger damage to the #centralnervoussystem and now I also suffer with #centralpainsyndrome with temperature problems.
Thankfully, not everyone develops this as it's another rare disorder like #caudaequinasyndrome , which I've had twice!
#Art is my escape and part of my own pain management strategy, but I wanted to show my followers/friends some context to my artwork so you can appreciate why I am determined to push on, in being creative despite all the problems.
