Surreal Christian Artwork Submission & Creativity Unlocked Thanks to Cauda Equina Syndrome Champions Charity
I'm pleased to share my latest reel of my surrealist artwork for the Christian Art Prize titled:
The Science of The Resurrection 2026.

The concept was created in 2025 from a vision I had being in between sleep states. This is due to the constant pain I have to endure daily. Living with spinal injuries including MSK conditions (EDS), Scoliosis, Osteo Arthritis, multiple Cauda Equina Syndrome episodes damage. Plus recent diagnosis of Dystonia and Central Thalamic Pain from having spinal trauma!!! I unlocked my creativity again through psycho-therapy intervention that was kindly provided to me through the Cauda Equina Champions Charity 1187294, who have stuck by me through my worst time of my life and my family. Psycho-therapy intervention has allowed myself to find a new focus in life despite the obvious health problems and daily struggles, physically/mentally.
I find it easier to communicate through art about the world I see and interpret. I use my lived experiences, art background, science and anatomy education, beliefs, medical imaging, nature and humour to create unique fused artwork to tell a message. Artwork is a powerful tool that people can engage with and has no boundaries.
I am grateful to now have the ability to share and educate about Cauda Equina Syndrome and the very wide ripple effect it has caused including marriage, social, negative economic, mental health, a test of faith, identity and family life to name a few! I'm proud that I now have the ability at present, to show my art to the world for people to; question, enjoy, laugh, understand, relate and to inspire people as a Charity Ambassador for the Cauda Equina Champions Charity.
