Order Process & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and The Painless Artist is formed only once your order has been dispatched and you receive a confirmation of shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

International Orders

Our products are primarily offered for sale within the United Kingdom.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

You must return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
