Wayne is fascinated how technology has shaped medical advancements from early pen work. He has achieved a combination of MRI, XRAY and pen style look using black and white. He has used a colour to emphasise the leaves to represent new life and hope for the future. 

Thus signifying a birth of new challenges and enjoyment. Ironically this picture has created positive interest in his work with a new pathway of exploring his art with a new vision as The Painless Artist.
